The Detials
In this group, you will receive:
Two 45-Minute One-on-One Consults: One session to kickstart your journey, and the second can be scheduled at your convenience after participating in the group for at least two weeks.
Weekly Grocery List: You'll get a list of items with a brief description of what the group will be prepping together each week.
Recorded Sessions: If you can’t attend the live call or prepare food simultaneously, sessions will be recorded for later viewing. Join from your kitchen, couch, or while taking a walk—it’s your choice!
Nutritional Guidance: During meal prep, I’ll explain the nutritional values of the foods, help you eat for fuel, identify food triggers, and improve nutrient absorption through better digestion. Plus, we'll explore balancing cravings and listening to your body.
Group Workouts and Grounding Exercises: Each week will feature a quick 30-minute workout and grounding exercise, followed by a 30-minute discussion focused on wellness or follow-up questions from the workout and meal prep sessions.
Additional Resources: You’ll receive further content via PDF or email downloads covering various topics in holistic health and wellness.
